I retain IP of the code until each milestone (or sprint) is paid. You can use the delivered work in the meantime — full ownership transfers to you as you pay.
NDA
I sign your NDA before touching anything sensitive. If you need mine, I provide a standard one.
Invoicing
Invoice with the applicable taxes. Payment within 10 days max by bank transfer or card (+1%). Closed-scope projects: by milestones agreed up front.
Cancellation
For closed-scope projects we agree the payment milestones at the start. You can cancel at any time, paying for the milestone in progress or already delivered. Contracting: 1-sprint written notice.
